CJ CPS Electrical Control Box

Scope of Application

Take CJCPS as a switch, combined with contactors, electrical interlocks and other accessories to form CJCPSD Electrical Control Box (double speed electric controller), suitable for control and protection of double-speed motor.

Configurations of CJCPSD Electrical Control Box have three kinds:

Configuration 1: high-speed is the fire-type (overload, over-current with alarm and no trip), low-speed is the basic type;

Configuration 2: high, low speed are basic type;

Configuration 3: high, low speed are fire type (should specify the special order).

Features, the main circuit parameters and accessories module are the same as the basic type.

Note:

① This graph is suitable for the operation control of all kinds of CJCPS Electrical Control Box, use both local and remote manual control.

② Control protector for high-speed smoke exhaust (2KBO), can choose fire type products, with functions of overload, over-current to only alarm not trip, short circuit to trip, to continue to work when overload. Secondary control schematic is in common use.

③ Introduced high and low speed start-stop button group can be installed on the box surface or wall.

④ The SQ, as the fire valve limit switch, the action device stops running; Short circuit occurs in the line without the fire valve limit switch.
